One of our favorite parts of the day was our rendezvous to Big Alice Brewery immediately after the ceremony! We both really like their beers so we thought "why not?". We were extremely lucky because the brewery was empty. The only people who were there were the crew of Big Alice Brewery. They were so awesome and let us take pictures at their brewing space!

Some might not find a wedding website necessary at all but I think if you're going to be inviting a lot of guests from multiple states and even countries, it's best to provide everyone with a site so that they can stay in the loop. A lot of progress has been made in the wedding planning department and I am over the moon that our engagement party is set! I mentioned in a previous post that we will be celebrating our engagement at a "cookie cutter" banquet. Guess what? That won't be happening! After giving it much thought, we both said "You know what? Wedding Venue Found!

I have only been engaged for 4 months and I have learned a lot about myself. I have always seen myself as someone who wants to have a wedding in Brooklyn or Manhattan. He was very insistent on me finding a very specific spot (my favorite spot) where the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building and New Yorker building can be seen. We walked the entire park and I really could not find the view- construction had blocked it. As we passed by a giant brick wall covered in street art, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.
