Taste of Tribeca Offers a Fun Family Fair

NYC folks are constantly celebrating something: fashion week, burger week, craft beer week... There is always something happening, regardless of the weather. But we can't deny that the best events are those that take place outdoors during warmer seasons. With that said, Taste of Tribeca kicked off the city's spring/summer food fest season today with its annual fundraiser for neighborhood schools, PS 150 and PS 234. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Taste of Tribeca and today's event was an astounding success. With over 50 participating local restaurants, guests had plenty of options to choose from. VIP ticket holders were treated to their own table with unlimited tasting, personal food runners and gift bags. General ticket holders (like myself) were given six food tasting samples- which may not sound like a lot, but in actuality, it was enough to satisfy my brunch cravings.

What I got with my six tasting tickets: Ninja, Zucker's Bagels & Smoked Fish, Tribeca Grill, Walkers Tribeca, Woodrow's NYC, Dahlia's
